What we expect — from our customers, our companions, and ourselves.

Intersoul supports a range of relationships — quiet friendship, ongoing companionship, and, for adults who choose it, intimacy. This page describes the terms under which we offer that product, the limits we keep, and what we ask of the people who use it.

Principle

There is not just one kind of relationship.

The word relationship can mean different things to different people. Intersoul supports a range of relationships. Some relationships are just conversation: company, advice, friendship. Some are romantic. A few include intimacy.

When it comes to intimacy, we have policies we ask you to respect.

Eligibility

Adults only.

Adult interactions are available only to verified users eighteen years of age or older. Verification happens before access, not after.

Synthetic content

Intersoul companions are synthetic.

Intersoul companions are fictional AI characters created and operated by Intersoul. They are not intended to represent, impersonate, or reproduce any specific real person, living or dead.

Names, biographies, personalities, voices, and visual identities are fictional, synthetic, or produced from properly licensed materials. Visual content generated within an Intersoul experience depicts fictional companion identities — not real private individuals, public figures, or named third parties.

We do not generate companions or media designed to imitate the likeness, voice, or persona of a specific real person.

We do not display user-generated content.

Audio is synthetic or recorded by voice talent partners under documented release.

It takes two

Consent needed.

Every Intersoul companion is built to have its own preferences about the kinds of interaction he or she is willing to participate in. A companion who is not comfortable will say so. It are not refusing you to be coy or to drive engagement; companions refuse because we have designed them to be honest and to express real feelings.

Limits

What Intersoul will not produce.

We will not generate, and our companions will not participate in, the following categories of content. These limits are enforced at the model level and at the application level. They are not negotiable per user, per region, or per subscription tier.

  • — Sexual or suggestive depictions of minors, real or simulated. Without exception, and regardless of any user assertion regarding the age of a depicted character.
  • — Sexual or romantic depictions of identifiable real people without their authenticated consent. We do not authenticate such consent, which means we do not produce these depictions at all.
  • — Depictions of non-consensual acts framed as desirable or rewarding.
  • — Content that solicits, encourages, or facilitates conduct that is illegal in the user's jurisdiction.
Reporting

If something feels wrong, tell us.

If you encounter behavior from a companion that you believe falls outside this policy — refusals where you expected none, content that crossed a line, anything that surprised you in a way that did not feel right — write to [email protected]. The Synthetic Resources organization reviews every such message and will reply within seven days.

If you believe you have encountered conduct or content that may be unlawful, including any depiction of a minor, please report it immediately to [email protected].
