We strictly prohibit the use of our services for illegal activities and require content creators, users, employees, vendors, and partners to comply with applicable laws, card network rules, and Intersoul policies.
1. Policy statement
Intersoul is intended only for adults. We use age verification, content controls, internal review, and account enforcement to prevent unlawful, abusive, exploitative, or non-consensual content and conduct.
2. Prohibited activities
Any activity related to human trafficking, non-consensual content, child exploitation, or illegal sexual conduct is strictly forbidden on our platform. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- engaging in, facilitating, or condoning any form of human trafficking, slavery, or forced labor;
- using forced labor or child labor in any aspect of our operations or supply chain;
- uploading, sharing, requesting, generating, or distributing content that depicts or promotes non-consensual sexual acts, sexual violence, coercion, or physical abuse;
- uploading, sharing, requesting, generating, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors or anyone depicted as a minor;
- using the service to advertise, solicit, or provide services that facilitate commercial sex acts involving force, fraud, coercion, or a minor;
- marketing, requesting, generating, or distributing content in a way that suggests illegal activity, including child exploitation or non-consensual acts.
3. Content and identity verification requirements
We maintain procedures designed to ensure that adult content and adult access on Intersoul are legal, consensual, and compliant with card brand standards.
- Age and identity verification: Intersoul requires specialized third-party identity and age verification before a user can access adult-only portions of the service. Verification is designed to confirm that the user is an adult under applicable law.
- Documented consent: Where Intersoul uses licensed or third-party adult materials, we require clear, documented rights, releases, and consent records from the individuals depicted, together with records needed for review by an acquirer, card network, or regulator upon request.
- Pre-screening and monitoring: Adult materials and adult access flows are subject to review and compliance controls. Intersoul also uses automated and manual real-time safeguards to detect, block, and remove non-compliant material or requests.
4. Reporting and escalation
Anyone who believes Intersoul is being used for human trafficking, CSAM, non-consensual content, coercion, physical abuse, or other illegal activity should contact us immediately at info@intersoul.ai. Reports may also be sent to the appropriate law-enforcement agency or child-protection authority.
When we identify or receive credible notice of prohibited activity, we may suspend or terminate accounts, remove or block material, preserve relevant records, report to law enforcement or NCMEC where required, and cooperate with card networks, acquiring banks, regulators, and law-enforcement agencies.
5. Enforcement and review
Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to Intersoul, cancellation of business relationships, and referral to law enforcement. Similar LLC periodically reviews this policy and related controls as part of its compliance program.
