How to get help

Email [email protected] for customer service and support. We can help with account access, subscription cancellation, refund requests, billing questions, age verification, adult-content access, technical issues, and general service questions.

We aim to respond within 5 business days. For urgent billing concerns, include your account email, the transaction date, and the last four digits and card brand shown on your receipt or statement if available.

Cancellation help

You can cancel through Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals and keeps your current access active until the end of the paid billing period.

Refund help

Refund requests are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge with your account email and transaction date.

Age verification help

Adult-oriented conversation is optional and locked until you complete age verification through Veriff. If your verification session failed, expired, or did not update your account correctly, email support from the address on your Intersoul account.

Privacy and data help

For privacy rights, data access, deletion, or biometric-consent questions, email [email protected].
