Subscriptions and pricing
Intersoul is a subscription service operated by Similar LLC. Access is sold as a recurring monthly subscription of approximately $75.00 USD per month. The exact current price is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Your subscription automatically renews each month, and your payment method is charged the then-current monthly fee until you cancel. We clearly disclose the price and the recurring, auto-renewing nature of the charge at the point of purchase.
Charges from us appear on your statement as Intersoul.ai.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, through Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals.
When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current paid billing period. We do not cut off access immediately upon cancellation.
To stop a renewal, cancel before your next billing date. Cancellation requests received before the renewal date prevent the next charge.
Refunds on subscription fees
Because access is granted immediately, monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except where required by law.
We will, however, review refund requests in good faith and may issue a full or prorated refund in cases such as:
- a duplicate or erroneous charge;
- a documented billing error on our side;
- a charge that occurred after a valid, timely cancellation;
- inability to access the service due to a fault on our side that we could not resolve.
To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge with your account email and the transaction date. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Tokens and credits
In-app tokens or credits are optional one-time purchases of digital goods. Because they are delivered instantly and consumed in use:
- unused token balances may be refundable within 14 days of purchase at our discretion;
- consumed tokens are non-refundable;
- tokens have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire as stated at the time of purchase.
Free trials or promotional offers
If we offer a free trial or promotional rate, the terms, including length, what happens at the end, and the price you will be charged when it converts, are disclosed at sign-up. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan at the stated price.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first at [email protected]. We can often resolve billing issues faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
