1. Scope
Intersoul is an AI companionship service. Users do not publish public profiles, posts, streams, or files to other users through the service. If you believe material available through Intersoul infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, contact us using the information below.
2. Copyright notices
Send copyright notices to [email protected]. Please include enough information for us to evaluate and locate the material at issue:
- your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
- identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
- identification of the material you claim is infringing and enough detail for us to locate it;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the challenged use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
3. Response
We may remove or disable access to material in response to valid copyright notices, request additional information, or take other action we consider appropriate. We may terminate accounts that repeatedly violate intellectual-property rights where applicable.
4. Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification, contact [email protected] with enough information for us to review the issue.
