Content Removal Policy

How to ask Similar LLC to review and remove non-consensual, illegal, or otherwise prohibited content involving Intersoul.

Last updated: July 9, 2026

Similar LLC, operator of Intersoul, maintains this Content Removal Policy so users, persons depicted in content, rights holders, and other affected parties can report and request removal of content that may be non-consensual, illegal, abusive, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited by Intersoul policies or card network rules.

This policy is separate from our IP & DMCA Policy. Copyright notices should follow the DMCA process. Reports involving consent, age, identity, trafficking, child sexual abuse material, coercion, sexual violence, or other illegal or prohibited content should follow this Content Removal Policy.

1. Scope

Intersoul is an AI companionship service. Users do not publish public feeds, public profiles, public posts, or public files to other users through the service. However, if you believe content or conduct involving Intersoul is illegal, non-consensual, abusive, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited, we will review the report under this policy.

2. How to request content removal

Send content removal requests to info@intersoul.ai with the subject line "Content Removal Request." Please include enough information for us to locate and evaluate the material or conduct at issue, including:

  • your name and contact email;
  • a description of the content, account, conversation, image, transaction, or other material involved;
  • the URL, screenshot, account identifier, transaction identifier, or other locator if available;
  • the reason you believe the content should be removed, including whether the issue involves lack of consent, age, identity, coercion, trafficking, abuse, CSAM, impersonation, or another legal or safety concern;
  • whether you are depicted in the material, are the legal guardian of a depicted person, own rights in the material, or are otherwise authorized to report it.

3. Review timeline

We review content removal requests promptly. We will investigate and resolve within 5 business days. We may request additional information if we cannot locate the material or evaluate the report from the information provided.

4. Immediate restriction and removal

When a report credibly alleges CSAM, sexual content involving a minor, human trafficking, coercion, non-consensual sexual content, sexual violence, or other illegal activity, we may immediately restrict, remove, disable, preserve, or block access to the relevant material while we review the matter. We may also suspend accounts, terminate access, report to law enforcement or NCMEC where required, and cooperate with card networks, acquiring banks, regulators, and law-enforcement agencies.

5. Outcomes

After review, we may remove or disable content, keep the restriction in place, restore access if the report is not substantiated, request additional documentation, terminate or restrict accounts, preserve records, or take other action that we consider appropriate for safety, legal compliance, and card network compliance.

6. Appeals

If you disagree with a content removal decision, you may request review under our Complaints & Appeals Policy. Appeals should be sent to info@intersoul.ai with the subject line "Content Removal Appeal."
