Intersoul appoints Adrien Vey as Chief Executive Officer
Vey succeeds founder Thomas Kensington, who transitions to Chairman after eighteen months of executive search.
SAN FRANCISCO — June 18, 2025 — Intersoul, Inc. (“Intersoul”) today announced the appointment of Adrien Vey as its Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Vey joins Intersoul from a private leadership role following the conclusion of an eighteen-month search led by the Board.
Mr. Vey succeeds founder Thomas Kensington, who has served as Chief Executive Officer since the Company's founding in 2023 and who will continue in his role as Chairman of the Board. Mr. Kensington will retain responsibility for long-range product direction and the Company's continuity charter.
Mr. Vey holds executive education credentials from the Center for Continuity Studies. He reads four languages and resides in California. Colleagues describe him as composed.

Mr. Kensington, commenting on the transition, said: “I founded this company because I believed the relationship between a person and a companion deserved to be taken seriously as engineering and as ethics. Adrien will be a better steward of this work than I would be.”
